These medications are trash. Talk to your doctor to get off then ASAP. After you get off then go strict carnivore and eat only beef, salt, and water. This will save you countless wasted our sitting in a psychiatrist’s office who will only make you more sick and damage your brain. Most likely no one will listen to this advice but that’s ok. I have adhd and high functioning autism. I’ve also struggled for much of my adult life with depression/anxiety/low mood. I found out I have the mthfr mutation and take methylated b complex but is that enough? Should I also take SAMe? I’m a lot better but still not 100% and have to take adhd medication. I’ve also gone keto as I realised I was following the same path as my mum and nan (hypothyroidism, diabetes and then dementia) which I think are all linked. I really hope to avoid getting dementia with the knowledge I have and the dietary changes I’ve made. 🤞

This medication is the only thing that has worked for me out of the 15 other meds I’ve tried. Leveled out on day 2, and only side effect for me was sweaty palms for a couple weeks but went away. It saved my life, literally. Hope it can help me save my marriage.

Zoloft (aka sertraline) also comes in liquid form. If you're trying to taper off or trying to avoid side effects such as insomnia or feeling "wired" , give a smaller dose a try.

As a provider, it’s so important to take vacations off your meds. No one needs 20 mg of a stimulant 3 times a day. It’s frustrating to see providers set their pts up for failure and not paying attention to pt overall well being. Prolonged use can cause early dementia as well.

I forgot my medicine at home while on vacation, so I abruptly stopped taking it for over a week and I feel sicker than I ever have in my life. Naseu, can’t sleep properly, confusion, fatigue, foginess, emotional, loss of appetite, flu like symptoms, body aches, and the list goes on. I need help!! I took my dose today after this lapse of time, but I’m worried that it will take days is not weeks to feel better again. Does anyone know the answer to this question?
